Blast your muscles with this fast paced workout suitable for all levels using just one pair of light weight dumbbells (I’m using 7lbs &  could go up to 10). This full body workout offers a quick and effective workout for when you’re short on time or just as an addition to your exercise regiment such a a warmup to any other workout you might want to do. It’s 2 sets. You can choose to do only one or play the video again and do several rounds, each time getting a bit heavier for a more intense workout.

The moves are basic but not simple and highly effective functional moves to strengthen your whole body!
