With over 22 years of experience as a master massage therapist and personal trainer, I specialize in restoring movement, easing pain, and unlocking the bodyβs natural potential through a fusion of therapeutic touch, exercise science, and deep listening. My work is impressionistic, capturing patterns, movement, and the ethereal interplay of light and nature, particularly along the stunning Monterey Peninsula where I call home. I guide others in discovering their own visual language through iPhone photography, teaching that seeing deeply is a practice in mindfulness.
