Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (RDL)

The Romanian deadlift is more of a straight legged, half-deadlift and when done with one leg really challenges the balance and the hamstrings/glute complex. It’s challenging to do this correctly so that your hips stay square as you go down or you can really tweak your hips doing this move. Check the alignment of your back leg and try not to open your hips as you descend.
