ROI – Return on Investment

I am amazed at the risky investments people make without giving them a second thought and yet, those very same people resist investing in a personal trainer because it is “too expensive”. How do you put a price on your health and well-being?

One of my clients came to me as a referral from his physical therapist after a hip replacement. At 63 he was retired, and his wife recently passed away. He had dreamed of traveling after retirement and bought a motor home with that in mind. Now, at 100 pounds overweight and still recuperating from surgery travel seemed unlikely.

Because of my experience working with mature and special populations, I knew how to gradually build up his endurance, increase his mobility and stabilize his hips and knees. I also convinced him to

change his diet and as a result has lost 60 pounds. Today he walks without assistance, is able to get up and down off the floor with ease, does repairs around the house and can effortlessly get into and out of his camper.  Did this happen overnight? Of course not! It takes time, but my client stayed with it. He trusted me to push him when he needed it and as a result he is once again enjoying life.

If you would like to feel better, improve your mobility and start enjoying life again, meet me in the virtual gym. Call or text me today to get started, 831.236.6199.
